Signup Instructions
Sign up deadlines:
Wednesday meets- sign up by 4:00 pm the Monday before
Saturday meets- sign up by 4:00 pm the Thursday before
These deadlines are to ensure we have enough time to enter all swimmers in meets. You can preregister for all of this season's meets if you know your summer schedule. Please mark "not attending" for any swim meets you will not be attending. [Please sign up for Volunteer slots on SignUpGenius or see Kelly Fitzgerald for scheduling.]

Swimmer Signup
- Click the green MEET ENTRY tab, and then click the green Edit tab under your athletes' names.
- For each of your athletes, select an option from the drop-down list next to their names.
- (undeclared)
- Attending
- Not Attending
- If the coach allows the athlete to select events, select the appropriate events from the list shown. If a prompt appears asking whether you have received the coach’s approval, select yes, and we will see it on our end.
- Specify your swimmer's availability for relays from the drop-down options (if offered).
- Click Save to record your choices.
